Your Privacy Rights

In the body of the email, include your full name, the email address associated with your personal information, your state of residence, and a clear description of your request. We will process your email request in the same manner as a form submission and in compliance with applicable laws. Using the email method will not affect your rights or the timeframe in which we respond.
Verification of Requests
For your security, we must verify your identity before we can fulfill certain requests (for example, requests to know, delete, or correct personal information). After you submit a request—through the form or via email—we will contact you at the email address (and/or phone number, if provided) that you provided in order to start the verification process. This may involve confirming some information we already have on file (such as a recent transaction amount or date of last interaction) or requesting additional information. We will use the information you provide during verification only to confirm your identity and to process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity from the information provided, we will inform you, and we may not be able to fulfill your request.
